 Hi! My name is
Dan and I bring the Rocking Horse Music program
to the children, parents and staff throughout
Canberra each
week.
I have a
background in both childcare and music
performance.
I have worked
in several childcare centres and an after school
care program in Canberra.
I am trained
in vocal performance and have performed in
numerous choirs and instrumental ensembles since
the age of 8.
In addition, I've been
involved in local musical theatre and teach
community music music tuition in guitar, piano & voice.
I like to
bring along a variety of folk instruments from
week to week to incorporate into our classes.
I value the chance to bring
to children opportunities for developing
language, self-esteem, body awareness and social
skills, as well as basic musicianship, through
the Rocking Horse Music program. |
