We use Paymate to process online credit card payments.

Paymate is similar to the US Paypal system, but is totally Australian and conducts transactions between Australian banks in Australian dollars.

All Paymate transactions are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is usually indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your browser window.

You will not incur any fees by using the Paymate service; all transaction fees are absorbed by Rocking Horse Music.

You can make an online credit card payment without signing up to Paymate first. Opening an account with Paymate is optional, but it does provide advantages such as remembering your details and allowing you to make payments direct from your bank account, as well as your credit card.

Using Paymate to pay your term fees and monthly invoices couldn't be easier:

1. Click the relevant Paymate Express logo below (Paymate Express will open in a new window).
    
2. Fill in your details in the 3-step process - see example.
    
3. When you get to the 'payment amount' field at step 3, type in the relevant amount for your term fees or monthly invoice and complete the payment process.
    
4. We suggest you print out the final 'Results' page for your records.
    
5. Paymate will send you an email confirming the status of your transaction.
